I went in as a new patient for a routine cleaning and later was sent a bill for $75. I called the office to figure out why and was told it was because I had x-rays already in the last three years that they repeated during the visit. I have been getting regular cleanings my entire life and have never had this happen so I was very bewildered and had questions. The lady on the other end was extremely rude, cutting me off while I was trying to speak to let me know it was my fault for not knowing this wouldn’t be covered. I was never asked to send my dental records over, nobody ever asked me if this was something I wanted done. I was told this was standard practice and it was my fault for not knowing what procedures I was having and what would be covered. After calling my insurance, the rep I spoke with said this was absolutely something the office should’ve reviewed when my benefits and insurance history were sent to them and it’s clear that they didn’t do that. Good luck getting my $75. Shady business practices and rude office staff.

Everything went really well. Omar was friendly and did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. He also explained everything completely before he began. The doctor came in and was helpful and caring. Great dental day!

Omar is very professional and he did an excellent job in my teeth, they look and feel perfect, better than anyone has ever done before. I am so happy with the results and I appreciate the care and attention to detail. I highly recomend Omar and this office to anyone looking for an excellent dentist and a great overall experience.

The people at advanced are the best. So nice and great at their jobs. You do not feel processed at advanced like other dentist offices can make you feel. They truly care.’ I really like Caryn my dentist. She’s straight forward and explains everything so I understand and you can tell her team takes after her too. She cares! A lot of respect at advanced. Can’t wait until they move to Venice soon.

I had the best experience :-) the hygienist was so personable, gentle, & thorough. He is definitely a great asset to your practice. He took his time and used the appointment to give my teeth attention & time. It felt like going to a spa for my teeth… very relaxing! And he really takes his time to polish out my stains! Nothing rushed ! Also, the dentist was so amazing. I am truly blown away at her care and skills. I had a root canal done by her and it was done in steps. I appreciate her doing that instead of sending me to a endodontist. You really made a difference and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I hate needles and injections, and of course I’ve voiced my concerns about that lol. In the end, the injections were perfect and I didn’t feel a thing which is exactly how they’re supposed to feel!! I can’t wait to keep coming here. Honestly, it’s a top-notch dental office.
